Terms of Service

General Info

- Please read the TOS, commissioning me means that you have read and agreed with it.- You are paying for my service and a digital good.- What I draw: Male/Female, Soft NSFW (nude, no penetration).- What I don't draw: Gore, Lolicon/Shotacon, Mecha, Heavy NSFW (Hentai).- Your commission will be published in my socials with your name/nickname and I will stream the progress on my Twitch channel. If you want to keep your work secret, there is an extra fee.- I have the rights of my work, I may use it as promotional material to promote myself. In case you want all rights of that commission, there is an extra fee.- I don't allow the use of my art for any block chain related technologies or AIs.- You will receive a high resolution image of your commission. Delivery will be done via Google Drive.- If in any moment you are rude or creepy, I have the right to refuse/refund your commission.

Ordering and Payment

- Paypal only.- Please give as much details as possible of what you want.- If I have something urgent and the commission gets delayed, I will send a message.- After you fill the form, I will get in contact so we can discuss in more details your commission.- After both parts agree, I will make an estimate price, confirm with the commissioner and send the invoice.- I will send WIPs, during the sketch phase you may change up until 2 times, after this no more changes are allowed.- If I need to create the design from zero, there will be an extra charge.

Refunds

If the illustration is at:- 0% - Full Refund
- 25% (Sketch phase) - 70% refund
- 50% (Basic color) - 50% refund
- 100% (Full illustration) - NO REFUNDS

- Full body model.
- Design creation.
- All cuts ready for rigging.
- Assistance in case your rigger needs something related to the model.
- 4 basic expressions: blush, angry, scared and tears.Extra toggles:+60$ per toggle
Horns, wings and tails are considered extra toggles.+100$ per extra new outift

Character Sheet:+100$What you get:
- Character sheet with front, back and side view of your model.
- Details of how the cloth works, if needed.
- Colors in RGB and Hex.

I will not stream your commission neither post on my socials after completion.Commercial fee:
+50% over the final price of the commission.- By paying the commercial fee you will have the right to use the art commissioned for commercial use.-You can use for making any merch (poster, stickers, mousepads, etc).- This fee doesn't apply to models and emotes because the price is already included for those items.
